If you have been trying to make money online for any length of time, you will probably recognise this.

You find an opportunity that looks promising. You start setting everything up, learn how it works and put quite a lot of time into it.

Then something else comes along.

Before you know it, you have several different ideas on the go, numerous tabs open on your computer, notes everywhere and a collection of projects that you fully intended to finish.

I know this because I have done it myself.

The problem has never been a lack of effort. If anything, I have probably tried to do too much.

What I have gradually realised is that making money online is not necessarily about finding the next great opportunity. Sometimes it is about having a clear system and actually following it.

The Problem Wasn’t Just Traffic

Like many people involved in affiliate marketing, I have spent a lot of time thinking about traffic.

Where do I get visitors from?

Should I use Facebook, Google, YouTube, TikTok or something else?

Should I use free traffic or paid advertising?

These are important questions, but there is another question that perhaps needs answering first:

Where exactly are you sending that traffic, and what happens to those people afterwards?

There is little point continually sending people directly to an offer if they disappear forever when they don’t buy.

That is one of the things that attracted me to The ClickBank Profit Club.

Why The ClickBank Profit Club Caught My Attention

I have seen plenty of courses and systems over the years, and I am naturally cautious when something promises to show me how to make money online.

I don’t expect a magic button, and I don’t believe there is one.

What interested me about The ClickBank Profit Club was the structure.

Rather than simply giving you another collection of tactics and leaving you to work out how everything fits together, there is a members area with a process to follow.

More importantly, you can join the initial membership for free.

For me, that made the decision fairly straightforward.

I could go inside, look around and decide for myself whether there was something worthwhile there.

Building Something You Actually Own

 

 

 

One of the ideas I particularly like is the emphasis on building your email list.

This is hardly a new concept. I have known for years that building an email list is important.

Knowing something and actually doing it properly, however, are two different things.

It is very easy in affiliate marketing to concentrate on finding an offer and then immediately start thinking about how to get people to click your affiliate link.

But what happens to the people who click and don’t buy?

Usually, they are gone.

If you build your own list and have a sensible follow-up process, you are starting to build an asset rather than simply chasing the next click.

That makes much more sense to me.

Why I Started With The Free Membership

Quite simply, I wanted to see what was inside.

I didn’t have to buy an expensive course just to discover whether the approach suited me. I could join for free, go through the members area and make my own decision.

I also liked having a clearer order in which to do things.

One of the easiest mistakes to make online is trying to do everything at once.

Choose an offer. Build a page. Write emails. Create content. Learn advertising. Set up tracking. Work out the technology.

Suddenly a relatively simple idea has become a full-time project.

Having a process that effectively says, do this first, then this, then move on to the next step, makes things considerably easier.

Perhaps that appeals to me because of my project management background. I have always liked to know what success looks like and then work backwards to determine what needs to happen to get there.

The same principle applies here.

Is The ClickBank Profit Club For Everyone?

Probably not.

If you are looking for something that promises instant money without doing any work, this isn’t what I would be looking at.

There is still work involved.

You still need to learn, implement what you are shown and actually stick with it long enough to see what happens.

But if you have found yourself continually jumping from one online opportunity to another, or you have bought courses in the past and still aren’t quite sure how all the pieces fit together, I think the free membership is worth looking at.

Particularly because you can look for yourself without paying to get started.

That wouldn’t be true.

I have joined it, I like what I have seen so far, and I intend to work through the system.

I will also document what happens.

That means I can share what I find useful, what I implement, what works for me and, equally importantly, anything that doesn’t.

I think that is far more useful than simply telling you that something is “amazing” and asking you to click a link.
